Dr. Fantastic's Mission
Lester Monta Cook III aka Dr. Fantastic founded the Be Fantastic Philosophy and now travels the world sharing the three commitments to the Be Fantastic Movement. Be Fantastic International (BFI) is the corporation behind the movement.
BFI’s mission is to teach the youth and remind the elders that Kindness is the most important trait each and every one of us must practice each and every day. If everyone adheres to these three commitments the world will be a better place for everyone.
Dr. Fantastic has proven without a shadow of a doubt that following the three commitments will make you feel better, look better, live longer, do better in business and in personal relationships.

Saying the word Fantastic forces everyone to smile, the smile releases seratonin, dopamine and endorphins which release stress. Less stress you live longer. Science says a smile extends your life by five minutes and a laugh by an hour. BFI does not ask for money or sell product. Dr. Fantastic is funding the movement on his own. He only asks you join the movement and use the word Fantastic as often as possible. It spreads energy, Positivity, kindness and love.
Say “Have a Fantastic day” when saying goodbye. Tell others they did a Fantastic job, tell friends and family they look Fantastic. The word Fantastic is defined as unimaginably great and beautiful. Dr. Fantastic is the nickname given him because he has the presciption for a happier and longer life and a better world.
He is a simple man with a simple solution, be kind. No one can dispute kindness is Fantastic.
Dr. Fantastic is a dreamer and many of his projects are listed on this website. His long term goal is to see The Monument to Global Kindness erected on all seven continents. These monuments will be education centers reminding the world how important kindness is. They will be world class destinations housing a museum depicting mans evolution from 50,000 bc to the space age. There will be two world class restuarants in the globe, a production facility, meeting and convention spaces and gift shops. They will stand 777 feet tall and represent our species as the statue is a man and a woman, they are entertwined from the waist down representing the 5% difference in our sexes. They hold in their arms a globe of the earth representing protecting our home, planet earth. They stand on a step pyramid the strongest structure man has built representing our strength as humans.
