Proposal for Funding the Hunger Aid Concert
We will syndicate up to $5 million through investor(s) to help fund the development and organization of the Hunger Aid Concert.
Presently, MS Film Group https://msfilmgroup. com has been funding the concert’s development and three of its producers Joseph Proctor, Andrew Stevens, and Ricco Ross have been working fulltime on the project.
We intend to hold the concert in Las Vegas in January 2022 at Allegiant Stadium, over a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The concert will be broadcast globally and the potential audience of more than five billion people, who have access to a Smartphone or computer and in many live on television.
Live Aid’s global audience was 1.9 billion in pre-Internet 1985 and it still holds the record for the most watched event in history.
People will have the ability to donate through their Smartphones and computers and large corporations can buy sponsorships.
There will be 100 artists performing, many of whom give their time and money to support food banks, along with athletes and celebrities. Amazon’s Jeff Bezos in November 2019 donated $100 million to Feeding America; Bruce Springsteen raises donations from the audience for the local food bank in every city he holds a concert; and Beyonce started a food bank with her local church in Houston.
Besides the artists on stage in Las Vegas, there will be cutaways to Seoul for K-Pop acts; Tokyo for K-Pop artists; and London for performers by British artists.
A considerable team of highly experienced people, including our partner Bruce Smythe, have been working together developing the concert (see https://www.hungeraidconcert. com/hac-team).
Investors shall have the options to recoup their investment, wholly or partially, to either donate for a tax deduction, under Section 501(C)3 of the IRS code or share in the net profits from several Hunger Aid Concert ancillary rights.
100% of all donations received from third parties before, during, and after the Hunger Aid Concert, including and not limited to all private donations will go only to provide resources for American food banks.
All monies derived through corporate sponsorships, advertising, concert tickets, and merchandising will be held in first position to repay the investors on a pari passu basis.
Once we lockdown the dates of the stadium, we will commence signing the artists and then we can begin selling tickets and contracting corporate sponsors.
There will be 75,000 tickets available per day at $300 per ticket sold. This does not include the more expensive 128 executive suites on three levels at the stadium, the 44 Loge Boxes, and the field VIP seating.
Mike Liddle (resume attached) is working with me to close deals through the Nevada governor: Allegiant Stadium; MGM Group;and Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
We will use the funds to retain the stadium; retain RR Partners and WPI for PR, marketing, and advertising, starting with a series of press conferences in association with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors authority.Through RR Partners https://rrpartners.com partnership with WPI https://www.worldwidepartners.com, we have a global reach and through RR Partners and WPI dozens of their corporate clients
